Prophetic Utterance - December 31, 2016

There are two themes the Lord has given me for this season—“break the silence” and “come up higher.” I pray you are encouraged, empowered, and invigorated to do everything the Lord has commanded. I believe this is a year for His people to be fruitful—our work energized by faith and service motivated by love. It is the hour to be a doer and not a hearer only. We are to MOBILIZE and ACTIVATE!
The Lord says, “This is now the hour for My people to “break the silence!” The muzzles of the enemy that has silenced you have been destroyed. It is time to lift up your voice with the sound of triumph and the sound of praise. Cry out with desperation and want of My presence and help. My people have been weeping but they have not cried out. This is the time for the sound of My people to break barriers and make walls fall down.
I AM the Living Word. My word is my voice and it is the sound in your mouth. My voice is inside of you. Lift up your voice and declare My word! My voice is the sound of many waters; My voice is the sound of trumpets; My voice is the roar of the lion; My voice is the sound of thunder and lightening. At the sound of My name, the earth quakes and demons tremble. By the sound of My voice everything in the universe took shape and was formed. I commanded the storm upon the seas to have peace and the winds ceased, and they obeyed. I told Elijah to prophesy; and by My word he commanded the dry bones to live, and they responded. I commanded Lazarus, who was dead, to come back to life; and he got up. Even in the state of death, My voice is heard.
No more weeping as if you have no hope; as if you have no Savior and Redeemer; as if you are orphans without a Father. It is the hour to call out to your Daddy to come help you! This is the hour to set your eyes on Me and Me alone.”
Judges 3:9 - But when the Israelites cried to the Lord, the Lord raised up a deliverer for the people of Israel to deliver them, Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother.
Isaiah 40:9 (Ampl) - 9 O you who bring good tidings to Zion, get up to the high mountain. O you who bring good tidings to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with strength, lift it up, be not afraid; say to the cities of Judah, Behold your God!
